Umbrella partnered with Lancashire Group, MCM Architecture, and Savills to relocate meeting suites to a new 28th-floor client space and furnish a welcoming collaboration area for brokers and clients. The project included integrating additional furniture, 108 new desking positions, and meeting/breakout spaces on the 29th floor, creating a cohesive and functional work environment.
